THROUGH EILDON HOUSING
To develop affordable rented houses in the
Scottish Borders for people in need .
To develop low cost home ownership initiatives for
those unable to access home ownership through
other means.
To help those in housing need to find a housing
solution.
To provide high quality housing management and maintenance services for our tenants.
To provide expertise and specialist services to other members of the Group.
THROUGH EILDON CARE AND SUPPORT
To provide flexible and innovative support and care services for our
own tenants, residents and others.
To work in partnership with other care and support providers to develop services in Eildon Housing Association’s own stock.
Eildon Tweed Valley H.A. Ltd Industrial and Provident Society founded in 1989.
Seven board members nominated by the ‘Parent’.
Its objectives are:
To provide core business agency services for other
RSLs.
To provide core business consultancy services for other RSLs.
To provide other non charitable housing solutions agreed by the Parent including building houses for sale.
Eildon Enterprise Ltd Not for Profit Company set up in 2004. Limited by Guarantee. Seven Board Members, four nominated by the Parent, three representing community interests.
Its objectives are:
To provide services to community organisations, statutory agencies, voluntary organisations, and individuals in support, of community planning objectives.
To provide ‘Wider Role’ services to other RSLs.
To procure non housing assets that benefit local communities.
Eildon Trust A Charitable Trust set up in 1975. Trustees are
Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Assistant Secretary of
Eildon H.A. Ltd.
Its objectives are:
To raise and distribute funds for the benefit of the public for charitable purposes to provide housing.
To promote research into housing related issues
for the benefit for the benefit of the public.
