The 5 Year Strategic Plan outlines the main aims and activities to be carried out by each organisation in the Group in order to achieve the overall ‘Vision Statement' set by the Governing Bodies of Eildon Housing Association and its subsidiary companies.
The next 5 years will see the Eildon Group maintain and improve its position as an innovative Group providing a wide range of housing, care and support services and other community based services
The Group will develop new organisational systems aimed at making the delivery of services to our customers more effective
The Group will work in Partnership with Key Stakeholders where this results in an advantage for our customers and our staff
The Eildon Group has no plans to change constitutionally within the next 5 years
In 5 year's time, Eildon will have:
- A new single office located in Selkirk
- A new integrated IS system
- Flexible working arrangements for staff
- Customer services offering a ‘second to none' range of services
- Reduced its overall energy consumption
