This year’s Annual Report is available on request from Eildon’s Head Office in Melrose.

A summary of the contents of the Report are given below:

Chairman's Report ‘Eildon Housing Association has had another very busy and productive year. We remain focussed on delivering high quality affordable housing for our tenants and care and support services for those with particular needs. Our main strategic focus has been the delivery of our ‘Change Agenda' which is central to our commitment to improve our performance and services across the Group. With the first phase of our new IT software successfully installed and the design of our new offices well underway, we are confident of meeting the challenging objectives we set out in our new Five Year Strategic Plan. Performance targets set for the year.’ Mr William Wilkie    Eildon Tweed Valley H.A. Ltd ‘Eildon Tweed Valley Housing Association has had another successful year delivering Agency Services to Rural Stirling Housing Association. In October we successfully negotiated a new Agency Contract with RSHA which included the transfer of Eildon staff based in Doune to RSHA under TUPE regulations. We wish the staff well, and will continue to provide Development, Finance and IT services to RSHA as their Agents.' Dr Margaret Auld    Eildon Enterprise Ltd ‘Eildon Enterprise continues to extend its customer base through its ‘Wider Action' activities. In addition to an expansion of Borders Care and Repair, a new gardening service (GEMS) has been launched and a Migrant Support Service developed in partnership with SBC to help migrants and their families obtain information and services to which they are entitled.’ Mr Trevor Burrows
