An Eildon Housing Association tenant can apply to exchange houses with another Eildon Housing Association tenant, or a tenant of another Registered Social Landlord.
If you wish to find an exchange, you can advertise in our office by completing the Property Exchange form. Please visit our local office to view a list of tenants who would also like to exchange.
You can also search for people interested in exchanging with you, all over the UK, by using the Homeswapper website.
When you have identified a person to exchange with, both parties must complete a Mutual Exchange Application form (download available below). We will use the information provided on the application form and at a home visit, along with a current landlord report to determine whether permission can be given for the exchange to go ahead.
