Tenancy Support

It's all about housing:

• getting housing from a Housing Association in the Scottish Borders.
• setting up in your house/flat
• dealing with rent and bills
• getting on with the neighbours
• keeping it all together

The Tenancy Support Service started in 1993 to help people set up and maintain tenancies throughout the Scottish Borders. 17 years on we are still dedicated to this.

We offer:

• workshops to help people prepare to take on a tenancy
• advise and assistance to get started in a new tenancy
• guidance and support to manage a tenancy
• one off help with a particular tenancy related issue
• money management advice

If you would like help to set up your tenancy or to manage your existing tenancy, please get in touch; you do not need to go through Social Work, just contact us directly.
