Eildon Housing has a wide variety of different types
and sizes of houses situated throughout the Borders. Approximately 90%
of our houses are let at affordable rents with the rest available on a
Shared Ownership basis. Most of our developments have been built over the past 15 years and are located in existing communities
close to local amenities. In addition to those properties, we have designed
and built ourselves, we have also acquired approximately 150 existing houses
from Scottish Homes and Borders Health Board. Each year about 150 of our
properties become available for applicants with a further 70
new houses being completed through our ongoing development programme.

Eildon Housing is part of Borders CHOICE HOMES which includes Berwickshire Housing Assocation, Waverley Housing and Cairn Housing. Borders CHOICE HOMES is a common housing register which means you complete one short application form for housing with any of these landlords.
