Eildon Housing has over 2,500 Tenants, Residents
and Sharing Owners living in over 1,800 properties located in over
120 different developments throughout the Scottish Borders.
Eildon provides a full range of services, including a 24 hours
emergency maintenance service, a comprehensive housing service
and a number of specialist services which ensure people receive
the best advice and information on their housing options.
Services to tenants are regularly reviewed and tenants play an
important role in providing feedback about their developments
through questionnaires and scheme meetings. In addition a 100%
Tenant Satisfaction Survey is carried out every 4 years which
covers all aspects of the services Tenants receive.
All tenants are encouraged to join Eildon Tenants Organisation (E.T.O), which is officially recognised by Eildon Housing Association as the representative body of Eildon Tenants.
