Occupiers of previously owned Eildon properties and Sharing Owners who
have bought outright from Eildon are responsible for the maintenance
of their own properties including gardens and any ground they own outright.
They are also responsible for their share of any communal areas including
common stairs and shared soft and hard landscaped areas.
Eildon encourages Owners with such Common Repair responsibilities
to participate in arrangement to carry out the maintenance jointly with charges
split in accordance with the legal responsibilities of each party.
