BCH Introduce New Priority Award for Homelessness

From 1 September 2011, Borders Choice Homes will introduce bronze priority for homelessness. This is in addition to the current levels of priority awarded - please see the Borders Choice Homes Guide below for details.
Applicants may qualify for bronze priority if they have been interviewed by a Homeless Prevention Officer of Scottish Borders Council, and their Housing Options Agreement states that they are in significant housing need or at risk of becoming homeless.
Applicants may also qualify for bronze priority if they need to leave their current accommodation but have not been in touch with the Council.
