Eildon celebrates 10 years of being an ‘Investor in People’
Date: 29/06/2010
Eildon Housing Association has received reaccreditation as an 'Investor in People' organisation, thus sustaining recognition we first received in 2000.
Investors in People is a rigorous process whereby an assessor visits the organisation, interviews staff and reviews documents and processes before comparing performance against a set of published indicators. The Review Report that we received, stated that the assessor was "Satisfied beyond any doubt that Eildon continues to meet the requirements of the Investors in People Standard".
Eildon's Chief Executive, Nile Istephan said, "We are proud and very pleased to have gained this reaccreditation. Eildon is a very successful organisation, however, we don't wish to rest on our laurels and we take the challenge of continuous improvement very seriously. First and foremost this award is testament to the hard work and dedication of all our staff who continue to work together to provide an excellent service to our tenants and service users".
