Customer Service Standard

Customer Service is at the heart of everything we do and we want to do it well, all the time. We've listened to many of you, about what standards you expect from us, and used what you have told us to draft a set of Customer Service Standards.
We would welcome your feedback on our draft standards - if you would like to comment on these, please contact Pamela to request a copy. Alternatively, you can download a copy from our website, or get a copy from local staff in our sheltered housing developments.
