Rent is due on the first of each month, although arrangements can be made to pay this weekly.

Tenants on a low income may be entitled to receive Housing Benefit to help pay rent.
Our Financial Inclusion staff can provide effective advice on welfare and housing benefits to help tenants to maximise their incomes.
