- Day to day maintenance service requested by tenants
- Cyclical maintenance service for all properties
- Modernisation programme which replaces components when houses need modernised
Your Tenancy Agreement gives details of those items which the Association will repair and maintain.
All requests by tenants for repairs are classified as follows with targets set for the satisfactory completion of the work.
