Tenant Looking at a Tenant Handbook

The rent you pay includes a contribution towards the cost of the following repairs and maintenance.  

  

  • A 24 hours emergency repair service (0845 604 3733)
  • Day to day maintenance service requested by tenants
  • Cyclical maintenance service for all properties
  • Modernisation programme which replaces components when houses need modernised 

Your Tenancy Agreement gives details of those items which the Association will repair and maintain. 

All requests by tenants for repairs are classified as follows with targets set for the satisfactory completion of the work. 

REPAIRS
Emergency repairs 2 hours to make safe
Urgent repairs 3 working days to complete
Routine repairs  15 working days to complete
