At Eildon Housing Association we are committed to making sure that our tenants have every opportunity to get involved in making decisions about the services we offer.
Getting involved is a right, by law, of every tenant in Scotland and we want to make sure you have every opportunity to take part, in a way that suits you.
To help us all understand what we mean by Tenant Participation, we have developed and agreed a tenant participation strategy which sets out what we aim to do, and the different opportunities we offer.
This strategy was last reviewed in 2008 working with tenants and staff together.
The next review will take place in 2011.
From being part of an organised tenant group to taking part in surveys there are lots of opportunities for you to get involved.
