Care Commission Endorses the Quality of Eildon's Housing Support Services

The Care Commission carried out an inspection of the Association's five sheltered/very sheltered housing developments during October 2009. The Care Commission report endorses the quality of Eildon's Sheltered/Very Sheltered Housing Support Services.
The following grades were awarded:
- quality of care and support - grade 4 - good;
- quality of staffing - grade 4 - good;
- quality of management and leadership - grade 5 - very good.
The inspection report makes positive comments about a number of aspects of the service and the Care Commission Officer noted high levels of satisfaction from service users. The report is available on the Care Commission website.
