If the Association carries out repairs which are normally the tenant's responsibility we will recharge the cost of the work or apply a standard charge as appropriate.
Where a repair is to be recharged, you will wherever possible be advised of this when the repair is being requested. If this is not possible, you will be notified as soon as possible, usually before the work is carried out.
When you are ending a tenancy, you will be advised if there are any repairs you need to carry out before leaving. We will apply a set of standard charges if this work is not carried out.
