Did you know that you can join up to be a member of the Tenant Opinion Panel?

What is the Tenant Opinion Panel?

If you are interested in being kept informed and involved on specific topics relating to housing, you can fill in an application form and your details are added to the Tenant Opinion Panel database.

When Eildon Housing Association are considering improvements, changes or discussing options on topics that interest you, you are contacted by questionnaire for your views and opinions.

Why should it interest me?

As a member of the Tenant Opinion Panel you have a real opportunity to shape the housing services you receive by putting forward your suggestions directly.

What's involved?

• You will be sent 1 or 2 surveys a year.
• You fill in surveys in the comfort of your own home.
• You choose the topics you want to be consulted on.

Being a Tenant Opinion Panel member is free and free postage is provided to respond to surveys.

How do I become a Tenant Opinion Panel Member?
