Financial Inclusion Service

Eildon Housing Association employs its own Financial Inclusion staff who provide advice on benefit entitlement, and help tenants to claim particular benefits.  This advice can help tenants to maximise their income to prevent them falling into rent arrears, and enjoy a better quality of life.

In addition to advising on benefits, our staff also provide

• Basic debt and budgeting advice
• Help to resolve fuel poverty
• Help to obtain grants for necessary household goods
• Advice and information about accessing a range of financial products
