20th Birthday Celebrations at Frank Scott Court

Tenants and staff celebrated twenty great years of Frank Scott Court with a party this week.

Mick Tully who moved to Frank Scott Court eighteen years ago and has lived there the longest, together with the newest tenant Anne Devine, cut the cake to mark this big birthday.

However, Margo Brown who was the former Co-ordinator at Frank Scott Court and Teviot Court retired earlier this year, was working for the first time on relief duty at the party and said she could top that. She said ‘I remember being employed by Eildon over twenty years ago when Frank Scott Court was still being built and visiting the site with my yellow hard hat on. It is really great to be back here tonight to celebrate this big birthday with everyone.’

Ruth Tripovic, Nicola Huggan and Jayne Nichol arranged a fantastic party with a lovely evening meal followed by entertainment from local singers Deborah Lyons and David Finnie who they said went down an absolute treat!

A really great time was had by all. Here’s to the next twenty years!
