The first Scottish Housing Day is being launched on Monday 19 September and Eildon Housing Association along with other partners in the housing sector (Chartered Institute of Housing, Shelter, Scottish Federation of Housing Associations, TPAS to name a few) are working in collaboration to give it their full support.
The aim of Scottish Housing Day is to raise public awareness of the different housing options that are available, to encourage people to think about their own housing journey and share positive stories about their own housing experiences. Members of the public will be able to access information about different housing options and sources of other information and advice from the Scottish Housing Day website.
People’s housing needs can alter throughout the course of their lives, along with changes to relationships, families, employment, resources and health. If you have any stories you would like to share with us about changes to your housing, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
People from all walks of life are invited to take part, to make the first ever Scottish Housing Day a huge success!
