If so we are looking to appoint a Graduate Trainee – Development to join our very busy development team based at our Head Office in Selkirk. The successful candidate will work closely and collaboratively with the Development Team learning and developing their skills, experiences and competencies in the development field. They will also lead and deliver three specific cross departmental learning and development projects targeted to stretch and challenge. If appropriate and resulting from successful delivery of the three projects, we may be able to offer permanent employment to the right candidate.
This post is not for the faint hearted; we are looking for a self-motivated and driven graduate with excellent communication and ICT skills, with the ability to effectively work with, negotiate and influence colleagues, including senior staff. You will have a very strong work ethic, an ability to plan and organise your own workload meeting deadlines and targets.
