Our team are responsible for the construction of all the new EHA houses and flats that you see being created around the Borders.
Our team is relatively small and consists of David Robinson; Development Manager, Kevin Scott; Assistant Development Manager, Fiona Rowan; Assistant Development Manager, James Renwick; Graduate Trainee Development Officer and Rob Grierson; Clerk of Works. Together we have over 100 years of experience in the industry. We act as Project Managers for EHA’s new build programme.
We get involved in the following key processes and stages: –
• Acquisition – Identifying and acquiring land for either land bank opportunity or building upon quickly.
• Design – Working closely with consultants to provide a design suitable to the area and for the identified housing needs. Ensure that the homes we create are fit for purpose, highly energy efficient and suit the needs to the modern family.
• Construction – Oversee the formation of our new homes from start on site through to handover of the new homes to tenants.
