Our Executive Team consists of our Chief Executive, Nile and 3 directors Alan, Director of Finance and Corporate Services, Amanda, Director of Care and Housing Services and John, Director of Property Assets.
As the name suggests, the Executive Team are the senior management of Eildon Housing Association (EHA) and are responsible for overseeing all of EHA’s work. As well as day to day operations we also report to our volunteer Board on matters relating to the strategic direction of EHA. The Board meets 9 times a year and also has two sub-committees and a subsidiary company to manage.
Collectively, our Team has over 70 years of housing experience, ranging from senior roles within other housing associations to work with central and local government as well as other agencies.
Our focus going forwards is to ensure that EHA makes the biggest difference that we can to the people and communities that we serve. This involves overseeing the growth of EHA, with a record breaking new build programme of over 750 homes in the next 5 years, to ensure that we continue to improve the services we offer to our existing customers. As well as growing in size, the Team are helping to deliver our strategy which involves diversifying the range of services that we offer to our customers – a key element of this is in the delivery of new extra care housing in several locations over the years ahead.
Our Team has the advantage of having a good infrastructure within the organisation, meaning that we can work smarter by using the latest technology to deliver our objectives. However, our key asset is that we can draw on the skills and knowledge of our dedicated colleagues who work hard to ensure that EHA continues to be one of Scotland’s leading housing and care providers.
