You may be aware that earlier this year we commissioned BMG Research Ltd to carry out satisfaction surveys on our behalf.
Each year, we survey a third of our customers to make sure that we can pick up on any issues and make improvements as quickly as possible, and we encourage all customers who are approached for the survey to take part and let us know what they think.
If you are a tenant, you may receive a survey asking your opinion on the services you receive from us. This is your chance to have your say as your feedback really does help us to improve services by identifying what you think we are doing well and what we could be doing better. Your answers will be strictly confidential, and your information will not be shared with anyone else (unless you agree otherwise).
Everyone who completes a survey will be given the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw to win one of three high street shopping vouchers.
