Tribute to Drew Tulley

It is with great sadness that Eildon Housing Association has learnt of the death of Drew Tulley.

Drew, in his role at the Scottish Borders Council, was instrumental in the creation of Eildon Housing Association and the subsequent inward investment that brought into the area. While never actually on the Board of the Association, Drew was the first shareholder, always took a keen interest in its activities and in the early days was always on hand to give advice and guidance.
