Changes to our Reactive Repair Service
The contractors and their patches as from Monday 4 April 2022
Waverley Housing have been providing repairs and maintenance services to us, along with Terry Frame and R3 for the last four years.
The cost of providing these services, now, in light of rising costs and materials shortage has caused us to look closely at how we provide repairs to our tenants moving forwards. Both Eildon and Waverley are committed to providing the best and best value services to tenants, however, it is now obvious that it is not efficient, either for us or for Waverley, to continue working with each other whilst managing these external cost pressures. As a result, R3 and Terry Frame will be providing repairs services to those areas that are currently serviced by Waverley from Monday 4 April 2022.
We do not expect any break in service for tenants and we are pleased that we can continue to offer a good value service by strengthening our relationship with these two well established local businesses.
We’d like to thank Waverley for the services they’ve provided over the years, and we are grateful for their co-operative and up-front approach to managing this transition.
