We have an active new build development programme and as part of our strategy we will be investing £137m in new homes in the Borders up to 2027. Our policy is to build well designed, good quality, energy efficient, affordable and sustainable housing.

All properties built, meet Housing for Varying Needs (HfVN), Silver standard of Building Regulations, Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS) and achieve Police Scotland’s Secured by Design Standard.
