Rent and service charge information
If you’re on a low income or unemployed, you may be able to access help to pay your rent. This may be Housing Benefit or the Housing Costs element of Universal Credit. These can be paid to you, or, if you prefer your rent can be paid directly to your landlord. If Housing Benefit or Housing Costs don’t cover all your rent, you need to arrange for the shortfall to be paid to Eildon Housing Association each month.
