We will shortly be submitting our revised planning application for this development.  The resubmission takes into account feedback and concerns raised by both Planning Officers and the local community in Coldstream.

Working collaboratively with Pegasus Planning Consultants, Edwards Architecture and Cowal Design Consultants, the proposal will deliver 52 much needed rented homes.  The development will provide a mix of one, two and three bedroom properties, which will include general needs housing, wheelchair accessible homes and amenity housing.
