Overview

I joined Eildon Housing Association in June 2021 as the Customer Experience Manager.

I have responsibility for managing the Customer Experience Hub and ensuring that highly trained Customer Advisers deal with all enquiries, contacts, repairs and requests in a proficient and professional manner, updating our housing management system and giving the best service possible to our customers.

I have worked in the housing sector since 2012, was previously a Manager and Trainer for HM Revenue and Customs, spent 18 years as an Independent Financial Adviser and am currently an Associate Lecturer in Personal Finance for the Open University. I am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, have a BA(Hons) in Financial Services, MSc in Housing Studies and several professional qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute. In my spare time I love spending time with my family, enjoy walking, cycling and skiing, I am a fanatical supporter of Newcastle United.
