Julia Kelly - Director of Property Assets
I am an experienced housing professional with over 35 years’ experience in the social housing sector, currently working as Director of Property Assets at Eildon Housing Association. In my role, I am responsible for the strategic leadership and management of Eildon’s property assets, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe and sustainable homes for our customers.
I joined Eildon in 2019 as a Digital Transformation Project Manager, before moving into the role of Digital Services Manager where I led business improvement and digital transformation activity across the organisation. My work has included the development of a Digital Services Strategy, the implementation of customer-facing digital services, and leading a range of organisation-wide change programmes to improve performance, compliance and customer experience.
Prior to joining Eildon, I held senior roles across local government and housing associations, including Birmingham City Council, Bromford Housing Group and Cottsway Housing Association. I have extensive experience across housing management, asset management and service transformation, and a strong track record in leading teams and delivering complex programmes of change.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Economics and Geography from the University of Sheffield and I am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing hockey with Peebles Hockey Club, running, reading and spending time with my family.
