Julia Kelly

Overview

I joined Eildon in June 2019 to lead the digital transformation programme and moved to my current role as Digital Services Manager in April 2021.

I have worked in social housing since 1985 and have held various managerial positions with local authorities and housing associations, with a strong focus on change management since 2004. I am a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and have a BA (Hons) in Geography and Economics.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, wild swimming and playing hockey.
