Kirsty Rodger - Health & Safety Manager
Overview
I joined Eildon in 2013 and became Health & Safety Manager in 2020. Originally from New Zealand, I grew up in Wellington and attended Victoria University where I graduated with a bachelor of Arts and a post graduate degree in commerce.
After living in London I moved to Scotland and worked in criminal justice and community safety before joining Eildon. My role as Health and Safety Manager involves supporting Eildon to ensure the health, safety and welfare of its people and maintain compliance across all functions of the organisation. I have achieved my NEBOSH Fire Cert and am currently working through the NEBOSH diploma in H&S Management.
When I’m not working I’m spending time with my family which inevitably involves a game of rugby. I like to take advantage of living in the beautiful Scottish Borders by hill walking with the dog, running and paddle boarding.
