Your feedback matters
Every year we survey our customers to make sure we continue to deliver high quality tenancy and estate management services, and excellent customer care. This year we plan to introduce a new care survey which will be issued to all our tenants and service users who receive local care and support services from us. This will help us assess the quality of our services, and understand your experiences so we can continually develop and improve how we support you.
Research Resource (RR), who are an independent market research company, will be undertaking the survey for us week commencing 26 July. Surveys will be posted out and then RR will carry out telephone interviews. Taking part in the survey is entirely voluntary, confidential and anonymous. We really hope you can spare the time to give us your feedback so we can continue to monitor, review and improve the quality of our service.
The survey will run until 20 August and we should have the results back from RR by end August and then we will share them with you.
