The Eildon Group is based in the Scottish Borders and made up of parent company Eildon Housing Association Ltd, and Eildon Enterprise Ltd.
We provide housing, care and support services to people right across the Scottish Borders region.
We started out as Eildon Housing Association (EHA) in 1973, and have grown to the point where we now serve nearly 50 communities in Borders towns, villages and rural areas.
Today, EHA is recognised as one of Scotland’s leading housing and care providers. We’re committed to excellence in everything we do, and continue to grow, by building new homes and developing innovative new services.
All our activities are underpinned by our commitment to doing our best for the people we serve.
OUR CORE VALUES
Eildon Housing Association is a registered Scottish charity, and also a registered social landlord (RSL), which means we’re committed to high quality standards and accountability.
We’re governed by a board of management who are responsible for strategic decisions and financial accountability.
Our board is supported by a senior executive team of housing specialists who oversee day-to-day operations.
We are a Disability Confident Employer
Disability Confident is a government scheme designed to encourage employers to recruit and retain disabled people and those with health conditions. The Disability Confident scheme has replaced the Two Ticks Positive about Disabled People scheme, an accreditation EHA has held since 1998. With our adoption of this new scheme we continue to broaden and deepen our existing commitment as an employer.
