Eildon recognised at British Quality Foundation Awards
On 3 March our Chief Executive, Nile Istephan, and HR Manager Deborah Taggart, attended the British Quality Foundation Awards in London and were delighted to receive the room’s applause for being awarded a ‘special commendation’ in their headline award for EFQM Excellence.
We were recognised for an “innovative approach to cascading our strategy” as well as how we “engaged with our staff during the challenging circumstances of the pandemic”. We’re engaging with all staff, stakeholders and our customer panel, ready to publish in April 2022.
Our success in achieving 5* Recognised for Excellence in June last year, as well as this special commendation, is testament to our commitment to continually improving as well as being caring, committed, connected and creative in the way in which we all work together to deliver our strategic and individual objectives.
