Board Member Chris Highton

Overview

I joined Eildon Board in February 2019.

I am a director and vice-chairman of Allied Surveyors Scotland plc, a national firm of Chartered Surveyors, mainly providing survey and valuation advice of residential and commercial properties across Scotland, although we also run Commercial Agency and Building Consultancy departments. I am also a director of Onesurvey Ltd, a web based delivery platform for the provision of Home Reports.

I am a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having qualified in 1994, and I sit on the RICS Residential Property Professional Group Board. During the earlier part of my career I qualified as an Architectural Technician, working in private practice and also spent some time as a Local Authority Building Control Officer.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, following Selkirk, Scotland and England cricket and I have supported Selkirk Rugby Football Club for many years.
