Les Reid - Digital Services Manager
I joined Eildon in October 2026 and have responsibility for:
- Management of our amazing Information Technology Team
- Oversight of the delivery of the many IT services and solutions that support the Eildon organisation
- Sponsorship and support of key change projects
- Technology theme ownership within the Leadership Group
- Strategy & Planning of future Digital enablement and innovation.
Starting from a technical background I subsequently spent most of my career within the commercial sector delivering consulting teams to organisations across the Banking, Utilities and Government sectors. Laterally, I worked fractionally within the cyber security and geospatial domains.
Fun-wise I confess to being a motorbiker, however more moderately am also a lifetime angler, an enthusiastic runner and hiker with any spare time consumed by a maintenance heavy garden! My wife and I have two children and three grandchildren, who are a joy.
