Victoria Cutler-Burton - People Manager

I became People Manager at Eildon in 2025, after spending four years shaping our Learning & Development provision upon joining Eildon in 2021.

I’m a Chartered Member of the CIPD with management and leadership experience across education, fitness and leisure, retail, housing and work alongside the military. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead key people functions including Recruitment, L&D, and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, along with hands-on experience in retail management and customer service.

While my career spans various sectors,  supporting people within the housing and care sector is where my heart lies and is something I feel genuinely connected to. The difference our teams make to individuals and communities is both meaningful and inspiring!

Today, I lead HR at Eildon, our fantastic People Team support colleagues at every stage of their journey – from recruitment and induction through to development, engagement, career progression and everything inbetween! I’m passionate about creating an environment where people continue to feel supported, included, valued, and able to thrive.

What makes Eildon so special, is our people and our purpose. Every day, I see colleagues living our values, going above and beyond to support our customers and communities. It’s a genuine privilege to work with such caring and committed people.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the hills with my wife and our dogs, keeping active and being in the outdoors.
