You Said, We Did – Window Cleaning Contract Renewal

Last year, we asked our customers who receive our window cleaning service what matters most to them.
Through a customer survey and Let’s Talk sessions, around 300 customers shared their views on the future of the service.

You Said

• Local contractors are valued.
• Good customer service is essential.

We Did

• Eildon divided the contract into smaller local areas, making it possible for local companies to bid for the work.
• Local contractors have been appointed to deliver window cleaning services across our communities.
• We have published details of our current window cleaning contractors on our website so customers can see who provides services. Current contractors for 2026/27 are: Pure Clean, Border Window Clean, Class on Glass and Merritt Window Cleaning.
• We will continue to monitor performance and use customer feedback to shape future contract decisions.
